Peer Coaching Training

Coaching is a methodology used to help people generate solutions to their challenges, gain clarity and focus, and remove barriers to progress. The Engineering Leadership Program is launching an initiative to teach the mindset and skills of coaching.  This will be a multi-part seminar covering the coaching philosophy, communication skills, tools of the trade, and other topics. It is open to all students, faculty, and staff.  Student graduates of the seminar series will be eligible to be considered for peer coaching positions in the College of Engineering.

Expected start date is late March. For more information and to get updates on our progress, email Rob Parker at
