If you plan to bring products, give-a-ways, or raffle anything we can advertise it with your event to increase attendance. Event will be advertised on Handshake, in the Sundial, posted on the monitors in Duffield, Phillips, RPCC, and the campus store; when appropriate emails will also be sent to Masters and PhD students.
(If event attendee is a Cornell Alum please provide name, degree and grad year)

** PLEASE NOTE: Information Session and Tech Talks should be requested four weeks prior to the desired date. Cornell University Student Activities Office requires events to be registered at least three weeks prior to the start date. Completing your request form four weeks prior to your desired date ensures your event is registered with the University within this time frame.  Student organizations may be fined for late filing, or lack of filing an Event Registration Form; therefore, requests received less than three weeks prior to the desired date are not able to be processed. 

Confirmation and Payment
Once we have received your request we will send you confirmation and invoice via email. We cannot confirm Room Locations prior to the start of the semester.  The Registrar's Office will not confirm room reservations until with until after the preliminary exam schedule has been set.  Once we have a confirmed room location we will let you know.

Please send payment in the form of a check, payable to EGSA to the address provided by the Industry Coordinator one week prior to your event.

Cancellations: One week prior notice to EGSA at the above email is required for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than one week notice) will result in charge of base price of a session. Less than 24 hour notice will result in charge for the full price of the session (includes catering).
